Countries Served, Shipping Methods and Charges
See the list of countries we ship to in the drop-down box below. If your country is not listed, it may be due to import restrictions or unreliable mail delivery. We are unable to ship to mail forwarding services.
We offer Airmail or Express Mail shipping (see Transit Times below) to most countries and the shipping charge is based on the merchandise value of your order. You can determine the exact shipping cost for your order by choosing your country on the Shopping Cart page.
For orders over $100, Express Mail is the only shipping option.
Transit Times
Airmail
The average delivery time for orders shipped via Airmail is about 2 weeks, but please allow up to 30 days to account for delays in customs processing.
Express Mail
The average delivery time for orders shipped via Express Mail is about 1 week, but please allow up to 15 days to account for delays in customs processing.
Note: The U.S. Postal Service delivers packages to the nearest customs processing center in the destination country. Depending on the efficiency of the customs processing center, packages may be delayed while waiting to be cleared.
U.S. Military (APO/FPO)
Standard shipping is the only method available to APO/FPO addresses.
For APO and FPO addresses, please choose the United States as your country. During the online checkout process, enter APO or FPO, as appropriate, into the City field and enter/select the appropriate two-letter military state code (AA, AE or AP) for the U.S. State.

Items Not Eligible for Shipping
Some items will be marked USA Only and cannot be shipped to other countries. This may be due to packaging difficulties, format restrictions (such as videos) and/or problems clearing customs.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Keep in mind that your country may impose duties, taxes and other fees which you will have to pay before your order will be released from customs. If you're not sure what you'll have to pay, please contact your local trade or customs office. Unfortunately, we have no reliable way of gathering this information for you.
We describe the contents for customs forms purposes as Clothing, but we note on the customs form that a detailed invoice is enclosed.
Unfortunately, we cannot mark the package as a gift under any circumstances.
Gift Wrap
Gift wrapping is not available for orders shipped outside the United States. We are unable to make any exceptions and we cannot mark the customs form as a "gift".
Currency Conversion
All amounts shown in our store are in U.S. Dollars.
You can estimate the merchandise total in your home currency by viewing your Shopping Cart, then clicking the Currency link near the order total. On the ensuing currency conversion page, choose your currency from the list on the right and click the Convert Now button.
Please note that it's impossible to know the exact conversion rate you will experience since the conversion is performed by your credit card company after we ship your order.
Alternate Forms of Payment
See the Payment topic for the credit cards we accept. You may also pay by international money order, payable in U.S. Funds, to "Henry & June".
Fraud Prevention
We are committed to preventing online fraud. During the online checkout, you will be asked to supply the name of the bank that issued your credit card and their phone number. This information will be kept strictly confidential and is only used to help us verify the authenticity of the credit card.
