Low Price Guarantee

If you find the same item at another store for a lower price, we'll match it, subject to the Terms and Conditions below.

Instructions

1. Place your order online and enter Low Price Guarantee in the Special Instructions field (found on the Shipping page during checkout)
2. After ordering, email us the precise Web address (URL) of the page that shows the lower price. Be sure to include your order number in your email message.

Terms and Conditions

1. The item must be in stock at Henry & June and at the other store. The price at the other store must be the regularly advertised price.
2. You must follow the instructions above.
3. By requesting the Low Price Guarantee, you give us permission to hold your order until both sides have agreed on the correct price.
4. We reserve the right to not match the other price (we will contact you and give you the chance to change/cancel your order). To make sure the price comparison is fair, we will consider the other store's shipping charges, return policy and speed of shipping before deciding whether to match the price.
