- To get free Standard shipping in the USA, with your minimum purchase of $25 (excluding sale items), enter coupon code FREESHIP on the Shopping Cart page (you'll need to add at least one item to your cart first). Cannot be combined with any other coupon.
- Order quick-ship items before 2 PM, Pacific time, on business days, for same day shipping.

Shipping Methods
- Standard - $3.00 + $0.50 per item
Most orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail and arrive in 2-4 days, but this is not guaranteed. Orders with Standard shipping that are over $125.00 or that include shoes will usually ship via UPS Ground (at no extra charge). - UPS Ground - $9.45 + $0.50 per item
(if merchandise total is $125.00 or more, the price is the same as Standard shipping)
Takes 1-5 business days, depending on the shipping address. UPS Ground Map. - UPS 3 Day - $14.45 + $0.50 per item
Arrives 3 business days after being shipped. Only offered during order checkout if faster than UPS Ground. - UPS 2 Day - $20.95 + $0.50 per item
Arrives 2 business days after being shipped. Only offered during order checkout if faster than UPS Ground. - UPS Next Day - $35.65 + $0.50 per item

About UPS Shipping
- When you select a UPS shipping method, we guarantee that a delivery attempt will be made on or before the day shown in the delivery calendar or we'll refund your shipping charge upon request. Your request must be received by email within 1 week of the guaranteed delivery date. If your order is delayed due to incorrect information you supplied, no one being present to sign for the package, bad weather, or any other problem not caused by human error on the part of Henry & June or UPS, then the guarantee does not apply.
- We don't normally ask for a signature, but we reserve the right to do so. In addition, UPS may request a signature, even if we don't.
- We offer UPS shipping to states in the continental USA. For Alaska and Hawaii, please email us your zip code and we'll quote you the rate for UPS 2-Day and Next Day (if offered by UPS).
- UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box or to APO/FPO military addresses.
Warehouse Location and Will Call
We ship from Santa Cruz, CA. Our warehouse is not open to the public, so orders, returns and exchanges cannot be made in person.
Inventory Accuracy Guarantee
If our store inventory status is wrong, we'll ship the out of stock items as soon as possible at a 20% discount.
Which orders are eligible for the guarantee?
The guarantee applies to orders placed online which show a scheduled ship date in the order confirmation email.
Fax orders, mail orders and backorders (orders without a ship date) are not eligible.
If the inventory status is wrong, when will my order ship?
We will usually ship other in-stock items as scheduled and ship the out of stock item later, as soon as it's available. Depending on the circumstances,
we may put your entire order on hold and email you to ask whether you want us to ship the in-stock items right away.
Inventory Status
If one or more items in your shopping cart are not quick-ship items, they will ship at a later time when they are available. The quick-ship items will still be sent as scheduled.
If you have placed an order, you may cancel unshipped items at any time by contacting us.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain packaging and the word lingerie does not appear on the outside.
For USA bound orders: The return address shows Shipping Department (our name does not appear on the package).
For non-USA bound orders: The return address shows Henry & June LLC (this is required to clear customs).
Note: Every order includes a packing slip inside that shows the name, city, state and zip of the buyer (we omit the street address). If you choose a gift wrap option, though, the packing slip will not show prices. If you don't choose a gift wrap option, we will show the prices on the packing slip.
Shipment Confirmation Email
On the day your order is shipped, we will email you a shipment confirmation showing what was shipped, how it was shipped and the total amount charged to your card. If a tracking number is available, we will include that, too. We usually send these towards the end of the day.
If you have any anti-spam measures in place, be sure to add helpdesk@henryandjune.com to your list of allowed senders or you may not receive our order status emails.
Oversized Items
A few items in our store are oversized (we indicate this on the product page) and if you add them to your shopping cart, you will only be able to choose Standard or UPS Ground as your shipping method. UPS 3-Day, UPS 2-Day and UPS Next Day will not be available during the online checkout process for orders that include oversized items.
