Sales Rank
The popularity of the item, where 1 is the most popular item in our store, 2 is the next most popular, etc.
Return Rate
How often this item is returned.
- Less Than 10% is considered normal.
- More Than 10% is considered a high return rate. These items aren't necessarily poorly constructed, but rather might demand a more precise fit or might not be very flattering on all body shapes. For example, bras and bustiers can, in general, be expected to have higher return rates since getting the proper fit is more difficult if the wrong size is ordered. Baby dolls, on the other hand, are very forgiving, even if the wrong size is ordered, so their return rates tend to be lower.

Ease of Fit
Use this to help you when you're undecided about the correct size to order.
- Easy: Styles that are loose fitting, stretch easily or have lots of adjustments.
- Average: Styles that are in between Easy and Tricky.
- Tricky: Styles that are not forgiving if the wrong size is ordered, or which fit a narrower range of body types, usually due to the use of non-elastic material or underwiring in the bust. Many teddies are also rated tricky because they are sensitive to torso height.
Risqué Rating
The photos usually say everything about how revealing a style is, but if you need help, this subjective rating comes in handy. It's relative to the category you are browsing. For example, we generally rate costumes and club wear based on their use in public. A costume or dress with a High rating might expose more skin than your comfortable with. For lingerie, a High rating usually means the item is sheer, or leaves little to the imagination. If you're buying something for your partner and you have a healthy relationship, you can probably order anything in our store without worry. However, if you're buying something for a new friend, maybe you want to avoid the more daring styles.
Brand
This is the brand name that appears on the clothing label.
Brand Item #
This is the item number used by the manufacturer.
Clothing label
This is information obtained from the clothing label and usually includes the fabric types and whether it's hand or machine washable.
